Acceptable Usage Policy

1.Who We are:

CloudNeuron Technologies LLP, which trades under the name NitroDium (together with its agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “CloudNeuron”, “we”, or “us”), provides web hosting, domain name, website creation, website security, and online marketing services.  We are a India business based in Biswan, UttarPradesh, IN.

2.Customer’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of AUP:
By using any of NitroDium’s services, the Customer agrees to NitroDium’s Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Privacy Policy.

3.General Prohibitions:
The Customer may not use NitroDium’s site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, disrupt, overburden, or impair the operation of the site, the NitroDium Network, or NitroDium Services, or any other party’s use or enjoyment of them.

4.Illegal Use of Services:
The Customer may not use NitroDium’s site or services to contravene the laws of India or any other jurisdictions involved. NitroDium may terminate the TOS if it determines that the Customer’s use is contrary to law or this AUP.

5.Specific Prohibited Uses:

• • SPAM – Unsolicited Commercial Email: Compliance with the CAN-SPAM law is required. Email usage must respect the stability of NitroDium’s network.
  • Copyright Infringement – Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): Use of services must honor and respect U.S. copyright law. Hosting or linking to torrent or warez sites is not allowed.
  • Trademark Infringement: Use of services must honor and respect U.S. trademark law. Selling “grey market” goods is prohibited.
  • Content Prohibited by Law: Distribution, advertising, or linking to content that violates U.S. and Indian law is prohibited.
  • Adult Content: Distribution, advertising, or linking to illegal adult content is prohibited.
  • IRC: Connections to IRC or IRC-like servers or hosts, as well as related programs, are not allowed.
  • Monitoring Others’ Use of Services: Engaging in probes, port-scans, sweeps, or spoofing of systems is prohibited.
  • Server and Network Stability: Usage that endangers NitroDium’s servers, network, or infrastructure is not allowed.
  • Network Unfriendly Activity: Activities that negatively impact network operations are not permitted.

6.Reselling: Reselling any part of the shared hosting service is strictly forbidden. Shared hosting accounts are required to have no more than 1 owner.

7.Accurate Information:
Providing NitroDium with accurate information is necessary for efficient communication and issue resolution.

8.Cooperation with Law Enforcement: NitroDium may comply with legitimate requests from law enforcement and governmental entities for information about Customers.

9.Effective Date:
This Acceptable Use Policy is effective as of Nov 1, 2023. NitroDium reserves the right to modify the AUP and the Agreement without notice.
